9. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute a construction contract with Douglas Dailey Construction, LLC for construction of Gregory and Bedford Court Additions Street and Utility Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $4,174,360.
10. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to enter into a contract with Thos. S. Byrne dba Byrne Construction Services for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the new Central Fire Station for an amount not to exceed $1,159,259.
