AND IT WAS FOR PROJECTS OF 30 MILLION TO 75 MILLION.

AND OUR UNDERSTANDING IS THEY HAD A TOTAL OF 82 SUBMISSIONS IN ALL THE RANGES.

AND SO OUR RANGE WAS ABOUT 7 OR 8 SUBMISSIONS.

WE HAD A GROUNDBREAKING IN NOVEMBER OF 2020.

AND AS GARY SAID, THERE WERE EITHER 8 OR 9 BUILDINGS IN OUR DIVISION.

AND THE GENERATIONS PARK PROJECT WON FIRST PLACE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.

AND THE SECOND ITEM IS TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO ENTER INTO A ONE YEAR AGREEMENT FOR FOUR RENEWAL OPTIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE SUPPLIES FROM OFFICE DEPOT THROUGH THE OMNIA PARTNERS PURCHASING COOPERATIVE FOR AN ANNUAL AMOUNT OF 30,000.

ESSENTIALLY, WE'RE ASKING COUNCIL TO APPROVE A CONTRACT FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES THROUGH OFFICE DEPOT, AND THE CONTRACT IS MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE MASTER CO-OP WITH OMNIA.

ESSENTIALLY, IT IS A $30,000 ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED 150,000 IF WE DO EXECUTE ALL RENEWALS.

ANOTHER BENEFIT TO THE CONTRACT, OBVIOUSLY, IS DIRECT INVOICING.

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN IN SIX MONTHS.
