CHIEF, JEFF WILLIAMS. GOOD EVENING, MAYOR AND COUNCIL, AND THANK YOU GUYS FOR FOR HAVING ME HERE TODAY.

SO KIND OF GO THROUGH AND I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS TAKING SO LONG TO GET THIS REPORT OUT TO YOU GUYS.

WE WANTED TO GO THROUGH AND MAKE SURE OUR NUMBERS ARE CORRECT AND WE KNOW EXACTLY WHERE WE'RE AT AND WHERE WE'RE KIND OF GOING FOR.

SO KIND OF START OFF, IT'S AN HONOR FOR ME, FOR YOU GUYS, BECAUSE THE WAY WE POLICE TODAY REALLY STARTED BACK IN 1829, IN LONDON, ENGLAND, SIR ROBERT PEEL ESTABLISHED NINE PRINCIPLES TO GUIDE HIS POLICE DEPARTMENT.

SO WHAT KIND OF CLICK THROUGH THIS HERE? SO OVER THIS PAST YEAR, WE'VE DONE A LOT OF REIMAGING REALLY THE LAST TWO YEARS WE'VE DONE SOME REIMAGING OF THE DEPARTMENT.

SO UP HERE IS OUR NEW PURPOSE AND OUR VISION STATEMENT THAT WE ESTABLISHED THIS LAST YEAR BEFORE WE HAD A MISSION AND A VISION STATEMENT.

SO WE HAVE WE ABANDONED THE MISSION STATEMENT OF THAT BECAUSE WE'RE NOT DOING SOMETHING TO THE COMMUNITY.

WE'RE PART OF THE COMMUNITY. WE WANT TO HAVE A PURPOSE IN THE COMMUNITY AND WE KNOW WHAT OUR ROLE IS.

SO YOU CAN KIND OF SEE THERE IT TAKES ON A COMMUNITY POLICING ASPECT OF THAT.

AND THEN DOWN TO OUR VISION, WE ALWAYS WANT TO BE STRIVE TO BE WHAT YOU GUYS WANT US TO BE.

WE WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED BY YOU AND BY OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AS BEING THE BEST THAT'S OUT THERE.

SO KIND OF JUMPING FORWARD, HERE'S OUR BEAT MAP.

SO FOR THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BREAKS THE CITY UP INTO FIVE DISTRICT BEATS THAT ARE KIND OF REGIONALLY BASED.

AND THE REASON WE DO THAT, WE HAVE AN OFFICER ASSIGNED TO EACH ONE OF THOSE BEATS 24 HOURS A DAY.

AND WITH THE GOAL OF TRYING TO BE IF YOU CALL FOR ASSISTANCE, WE WANT TO BE THERE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

THIS IS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE HAVEN'T TOUCHED YET.

IT'S COMING. WE'LL BE LOOKING AT THAT PROBABLY IN THE NEXT YEAR OR YEAR AND A HALF.

IT'S A BIG PROJECT TO LOOK AT THIS AND IT [INAUDIBLE].

WE'LL BALANCE OUR DISTRICTS, NOT GEOGRAPHY, MORE ABOUT CALL LOAD AND MAKING SURE WE'RE BALANCING OUT SO THE OFFICERS ARE FREE AND CAN GET OUT THERE AND DO SOME ACTIVITY IN THERE. SO THE NEXT ONE I KNOW THIS IS REALLY SMALL TO READ, SO I'M NOT GOING TO ASK YOU TO READ IT.

SO ORGANIZATIONAL CHART. SO I KIND OF BREAK THIS DOWN SO YOU CAN JUST KIND OF LISTEN TO ME.

SO WE'RE BROKEN DOWN IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT INTO THREE SECTIONS.

WE HAVE A SUPPORT SERVICES, WHICH IS MOST OF OUR CIVILIAN STAFF BEHIND THE SCENE ARE DISPATCHERS OR RECORDS AND OUR PROPERTY SECTION, OUR OPERATIONS SECTION, WHICH IS OUR OPERATION BUREAU, WHICH IS OUR CID, OUR COMMUNITY SERVICES SECTION.

WE'LL TALK MORE ABOUT HERE A LITTLE BIT.

AND THEN OUR UNIFORM SERVICES BUREAU, WHICH IS ALL OF OUR PATROL OFFICERS AND OUR TRAFFIC OFFICERS, THE GUYS THAT YOU SEE ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS OUT IN UNIFORM.

SO LOOKING AT YOUR DEPARTMENT, YOU HAVE 117 EMPLOYEES AUTHORIZED INSIDE THE DEPARTMENT.

WE HAVE 81 FULL TIME OFFICERS.

WE HAVE TWO PART TIME.

I'LL SAY ONE THING. YES, SIR.

THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS TO BOBBY LAPENNA.

YEAH. YES, SIR, HE IS.

HE IS DOING WELL. AND HIS PRAYERS ARE WELL FELT FELT FROM HIM.

AND 34 CIVILIAN STAFF ASSIST THE POLICE OFFICERS ON A DAY.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT OUR POLICE OFFICERS DO.

THE ONES UP AT THE WHITE OR THOSE ARE FULL TIME POSITIONS THAT WE HAVE IN THE DEPARTMENT THAT THEY DO ALL THE TIME.

AND DOWN AT THE BOTTOM IS SOME OF THE ONES IN YELLOW.

THOSE ARE KIND OF JUST SOME OF THE PART TIME THINGS THAT PEOPLE CAN DO TO KIND OF KEEP THEM ACTIVE AND KEEP THEM INVOLVED.

SO I KIND OF WANT TO TALK ABOUT TWO THINGS UP HERE THAT WE'RE RELATIVELY NEW INTO THIS LAST YEAR, THE NARCOTICS UNIT, IT'S WE JOINED THE MID NARCOTICS TASK FORCE, WHICH IS A GROUP THAT SERVES THE HURST-EULESS-BEDFORD AND GRAPEVINE AREA.

WE HAVE AN OFFICER ASSIGNED TO THAT UNIT AND WE ALSO ESTABLISH A DEPLOYMENT TEAM THAT WE'LL TALK MORE ABOUT HERE IN A LITTLE BIT.

BUT REALLY THEIR GOAL IS, IS TO IT'S FOR THOSE ISSUES INSIDE THE TOWN THAT ARE OUTSIDE THE PURVIEW OF TRADITIONAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OR PATROL OFFICERS. SO THINGS THAT REQUIRE A LOT OF ATTENTION, A LOT OF TIME THAT PATROL OFFICERS DON'T HAVE TO HANDLE BECAUSE THEY'RE CALLED A CALL AND THEY'RE NOT IT'S NOT A TRADITIONAL CRIME THING.

AND WE'LL TALK ABOUT IT A LITTLE BIT MORE IN THE FUTURE.

SO WE'LL JUMP FORWARD HERE.

KIND OF THE MEAT AND POTATOES.

SO WHERE ARE WE AT? HERE'S OUR RESPONSE TIME.

AND THE PRIORITY TWO, WHERE IT'S NOT REALLY AN IMMEDIATE THREAT, BUT WE NEED TO GET THERE BECAUSE SOMEBODY COULD BE HURT IF WE DON'T SHOW UP.

SO THAT'S A MINOR ACCIDENT INTO IN THE ROADWAY, A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE PROWLER CALLS AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

SO WE'RE AT THREE MINUTES AND 52 SECONDS ON PRIORITY ONE.

SO WHERE DO WE STAND? SO I CAN TELL YOU A CITY TO THE WEST OF US.

2020 IS THE COVID LOCKDOWN YEAR.

SO EVERYTHING WAS KIND OF AN ANOMALY THERE.

THE CALLS FOR SERVICE WERE A LITTLE LOWER, 2021 THINGS STARTED OPENING BACK UP.

AND THESE CALLS FOR SERVICE ARE INCOMING CALLS THAT THAT THAT SOMEONE CALLED 911 OR CALLED THE NON-EMERGENCY NUMBER.

IT'S ALSO SELF INITIATED BY OUR OFFICERS OUT IN THE STREETS.

SO TRAFFIC STOPS INVESTIGATIONS, THINGS LIKE THAT.

SO IT'S A KIND OF A COMBINATION.

SO YOU'LL SEE THE INCREASE AS THINGS START OPENING BACK UP.

AS OUR STAFFING INCREASE, WE'RE BACK ON THE RISE.

OUR NORMAL WHERE WE SHOULD BE AT IS PROBABLY IN THE 38 TO 42,000 MARK ON A YEAR TO YEAR BASIS IS KIND OF WHAT REALLY WHERE BEDFORD SHOULD BE AT ON THE NUMBER OF CALLS FOR SERVICE. WHY DO YOU SAY THAT? JUST BY POPULATION? A NUMBER OF OFFICERS WE HAVE THAT'S REALLY WHERE IT WHERE IT SHOULD FALL AT.

AND WE'RE RIGHT IN LINE WITH WITH THE OTHER CITIES AROUND US THAT ARE POSTING IT.

IF YOU START DOING THE THE PERCENTAGES ON IT HOW WE HOW MANY CALLS WE HAVE COMING IN, WE'RE RIGHT THERE.

SIMILAR CITIES MAKING UP A LITTLE LESS THAN ONE CALL PER RESIDENT.

YEAH. YEAH.

THESE ARE OUR CALLS IN OUR DISPATCH CENTER.

SO 2020 WAS KIND OF THAT ANOMALY.

AGAIN, WE HAD A HIGH CALL LOAD INTO THE DISPATCH CENTER, BUT RELATIVELY LOW CALLS FOR SERVICE OUT TO THE OFFICERS BECAUSE PEOPLE HAD LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON.

SO THEN YOU CAN KIND OF SEE A PEAK BACK IN 2021 AND THEN IN 2022, YOU CAN SEE THAT THAT YELLOW NUMBER, THE NON-EMERGENCY NUMBERS.

SO WE HAVE 911 CALLS THAT ARE IN RED AND WE HAVE THE NON-EMERGENCY NUMBER THAT'S IN YELLOW.

SO THE 911 IS THAT THAT'S THE EMERGENCY LINE.

SO. WE HAVE ENOUGH DISPATCHERS TO ANSWER THAT 911 CALL..

SO IN 2022 OF THE 41,000 CALLS, 27 WERE EMERGENCY? NO, NO, THOSE ARE TWO SEPARATE NUMBERS.

YOU ADD THOSE TWO TOGETHER. YEAH, YOU ADD THOSE TWO TOGETHER.

SO SO WHAT WE WANTED TO DO IS IN 2022, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR DISPATCHERS, WHEN YOU CALL 911, THEY COULD GET TO THAT PHONE QUICK.

SO WE LOOKED AT WAYS HOW DO WE GET THAT NUMBER, THAT YELLOW NUMBER DOWN? SO WE IMPLEMENTED A CALL TREE.

SO EVERYTHING THAT CAME INTO DISPATCH, THAT COULD BE AFTER HOURS WATER, THAT COULD BE, HEY, I NEED TO KNOW WHO WHICH DETECTIVE.

I HAVE MY CASE. SO WE IMPLEMENTED A CALL TREE THAT KNOCKED ABOUT 6000 CALLS FOR.

HOW MANY DISPATCHERS DO WE HAVE? FULL STAFFING, WE'RE 12.

WOW. SO USUALLY IN THERE, 2 TO 3 AT A TIME IS WHERE WE'RE AT.

SO IF YOU HAVE A BIG INCIDENT HAPPEN, WE NEED TO HAVE THEM FREE.

SO THAT WAS ONE OF THE REASONS WE KIND OF CUT THOSE, CUT THOSE FIGURED OUT A WAY TO CUT THOSE CALLS FOR SERVICE DOWN.

SO 5000 CALLS PER DISPATCHER A YEAR.

OH, YEAH, THEY STAY BUSY.

THAT'S A LOT. THAT'S A THEY LOOK LIKE OCTOPUSES.

IF YOU EVER GO IN THERE AND WATCH THEM, THEY'RE DOING 4 OR 5 DIFFERENT THINGS AT THE SAME TIME WHILE HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH YOU AND TALK TO SOMEBODY ON THE PHONE AND LISTEN TO THE OFFICERS ON THE RADIO.

IT AMAZES ME. I COULDN'T DO IT.

THEY'RE A SPECIAL GROUP AND THEY HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART.

SO KIND OF CRIME TRENDS, THIS IS REALLY WHAT EVERYBODY WANTS TO KNOW.

HOW SAFE ARE YOU IN BEDFORD? SO BEFORE YOU LOOKED AT THESE NUMBERS, DO YOU FEEL SAFE IN THE COMMUNITY? AND I THINK OUR CITIZENS DO.

AND I'M GOING TO TALK TO YOU SOME OF THESE THINGS.

YOU'LL SEE A LITTLE BIT OF INCREASES AND WE'LL KIND OF TALK THROUGH SOME OF THOSE.

SO WE LOOK AT PART ONE AND PART TWO CRIMES, AND THAT'S WHAT WE REPORT TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

SO PART ONE IS, ARE THOSE HOMICIDES, SEX OFFENSES, ROBBERIES, ASSAULTS, THEFTS OFTEN? SO YOU LOOK AT SEX OFFENSES INSIDE BEDFORD, THAT'S YOUR RAPES AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

THOSE ARE USUALLY THINGS THAT ARE VERY UNPREDICTABLE AND THE OFFENDER KNOWS THE VICTIM 99% OF THE TIME.

WE'RE NOT HAVING PEOPLE JUMPING OUT OF THE BUSHES AND DRAGGING JOGGERS INTO THE BUSHES AND DOING THOSE THINGS.

THAT'S THAT'S IT CAN HAPPEN.

BUT IT'S A VERY, VERY RARITY.

ROBBERIES THAT COULD BE FROM A SOMEBODY WALKING INTO A CONVENIENCE STORE AND PUTTING A GUN IN THEIR FACE TO A SHOPLIFTING AT WALMART WHERE THE LOSS PREVENTION PERSON GETS SHOVED AND THAT TURNS INTO A ROBBERY.

SO IF YOU LOOK AT OUR ROBBERIES, WE JUMPED UP TO 20 THIS PAST YEAR.

I CAN TELL YOU SIX OF THOSE WERE A SUBJECT THAT WAS WALKING INTO GAS STATIONS OR INTO CONVENIENCE STORES AND ROBBING THEM.

AND IT WAS THE SAME GUY.

AND HE IS IN JAIL AND HE WAS HITTING THE WHOLE H-E-B AREA, KIND OF LOOKING AT SOME HISTORICAL DATA.

IF YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT HOW SAFE WE ARE.

BACK IN 1987, EVERYBODY THINKS THINGS WERE BETTER BACK THEN.

WE HAD 30 ROBBERIES THAT YEAR, 37 IN 1988, LOOKING AT OUR BURGLARIES, WE HAD A PRETTY GOOD JUMP FROM 78 TO 209.

SO THAT'S BURGLARIES OF HOMES, BUSINESSES, CARS, EVERYTHING IN THERE.

SO IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT 1980S DATA, 1987, WE HAD 431 BURGLARIES THAT YEAR.

THE FOLLOWING YEAR WE HAD 429.

SO THAT 109 IS NOT WAY OUT OF THE NORMAL.

IF YOU LOOK AT I KNOW WHERE I CAME FROM, THAT'S THAT'S A PRETTY LOW NUMBER COMPARED TO WHAT WE HAVE.

AND WE'RE NOT HAVING A WHOLE LOT OF DOOR KICK INS WHERE PEOPLE'S HOMES ARE GETTING BURGLARIZED WHILE THEY'RE GOING OUT OF TOWN OR THEY'VE GONE OFF TO WORK.

SO THAT'S THAT'S USUALLY THE ONE THAT CAUSES THE MOST TROUBLES TO PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE THEY'RE VIOLATING THEIR OWN HOME.

AND WE'RE NOT HAVING A WHOLE LOT OF THOSE ANYMORE.

SO THE PART TWO CRIMES, YOU'LL SEE KIND OF AN INCREASE THERE IN 2021.

BUT A LOT OF THAT I'M GOING TO FOCUS ON THE NARCOTICS AND WEAPONS PORTION OF THAT.

THAT'S SELF-INITIATED.

THAT'S OUR GUYS GOING OUT AND CATCHING THE CATCHING THE BAD GUYS WITH DRUGS.

AND WE'LL COVER A LITTLE BIT MORE OF THAT HERE IN A LITTLE BIT OF THEIR ACTIVITY.

SO TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT, YOU CAN SEE THE CRASHES HAVE SLIGHTLY INCREASED.

OUR TOTAL NUMBER OF TRAFFIC STOPS HAVE INCREASED DRASTICALLY, TOO.

SO WE'RE ON TRACK RIGHT NOW.

THE THIS IS A FUND THAT IT'S ANOTHER OPTION FOR THE MITIGATION REQUIREMENT.

AND THIS IS AN OPTION THAT GIVES THE DEVELOPER AN OPTION TO PAY INTO THE TREE MITIGATION FUND FOR THE TREES THAT THEY'RE TAKING OUT. AND IT ALLOWS THE CITY TO USE THOSE FUNDS FOR PLANTING NEW TREES, MOVING TREES, TREE TRIMMING, TREE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER TREE PRESERVATION ACTIVITIES.

AND THEN THE TREE PROTECTION PROGRAM.

OUR CURRENT ORDINANCE HAS SOME VAGUE AND GENERAL LANGUAGE ABOUT TREE PROTECTION.

WE SPEND QUITE A BIT OF TIME IN THIS ORDINANCE DETAILING REQUIREMENTS AND GETTING VERY SPECIFIC ON WHAT THOSE TREE PROTECTIONS SHOULD BE.

I WANTED TO KIND OF GIVE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF SCENARIO AS TO HOW HOW THIS ORDINANCE COMPARES TO OR HOW OUR CURRENT ORDINANCE COMPARES TO THE ORDINANCE THAT'S BEFORE YOU. THE PROJECT INCLUDES OVER 8300 LINEAR FEET OF WATER PIPE THAT WILL BE REPLACED, AS WELL AS OVER OR NEARLY 7000 LINEAR FEET OF SANITARY SEWER PIPE.

DESIGN OF THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2022 AND HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE WATER DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION FOR UTILIZING THE SWIFT FUNDS. SO THE FIRST LOCATION MAP IS OF AIRPORT FREEWAY AND BEDFORD ROAD AND BROWN TRAIL.

THE WATER LINE ALONG AIRPORT FREEWAY FROM TENNIS TO OAKHURST WAS INSTALLED IN THE 50S.

THE PROJECT WILL REPLACE THE AGING OF SECTION OF WATER LINE ACROSS THE PARKING LOT OF NOVAK MOTORS.

MOST OF THE WATER LINES IN BROWN TRAIL AND BEDFORD ROAD WERE INSTALLED IN THE EARLY 1960S.

THERE HAVE BEEN ISSUES WITH BOTH THE WATER AND SEWER LINES IN THE PAST, INCLUDING A COLLAPSED SECTION IN BEDFORD ROAD THAT WAS THAT REQUIRED AN EMERGENCY REPAIR.

THE SEWER LINES.

OKAY. ROBBINSDALE THE SEWER LINES SERVING ROBBINSDALE AREA, WHICH IS THE BROOKHOLLOW ADDITIONS WERE INSTALLED IN THE MID 1960S AS WELL.

CONTINUED ROOT INTRUSIONS AND OTHER PIPE CONDITION ISSUES REQUIRES THAT THESE LINES BE REPLACED.

AND THE SEWER LINE IN CHATTANOOGA WAS ALSO INSTALLED IN THE MID 1960S AS PART OF THE BELL MANOR DEVELOPMENT, AND THAT SEWER LINE WILL BE REPLACED AS WELL.

SO THE PROJECT WAS ADVERTISED IN THE FORT WORTH STAR TELEGRAM ON JUNE 11TH AND JUNE 18TH.

BIDS WERE OPENED ON JUNE 27TH, AND THE CITY RECEIVED FOUR BIDS RANGING IN PRICE FROM 6.4 MILLION TO 10.2 MILLION.

THE DESIGN ENGINEER FOR THE PROJECT REVIEWED THE BID.

TABULATIONS THAT ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKET AND AN EVALUATION COMMITTEE WAS ASSEMBLED TO RANK THE SUBMITTALS AND DETERMINE THE BEST VALUE FOR THE CITY.

THE CONTRACTOR WITH THE HIGHEST SCORE WAS EXCEL FOR CONSTRUCTION LLC, WITH A TOTAL BID OF $6,410,000.

IF APPROVED, THE WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE PAID FROM THE SWIFT 27 CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION BONDS.

THE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE PAID FROM THE 2019 CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION BOND, AND THE UPSIZING OF THE WATER LINE WILL BE PAID FROM THE UTILITY REPAIR FUND.

THE ENGINEER HAS PROVIDED A RECOMMENDATION LETTER TO AWARD THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO EXCEL FOUR.

AFTER CONTACTING REFERENCES WHERE THEY'VE WORKED ON PROJECTS IN SIMILAR SIZE AND SCOPE, THOSE ENTITIES WERE THE CITY OF EULESS, TARRANT COUNTY AND THE CITY OF HURST.

ALL OF THOSE ENTITIES HAVE PROVIDED FAVORABLE REFERENCES FOR EXCEL FOUR.

IF APPROVED THIS EVENING, THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WILL BE EXECUTED, SENT BACK TO THE WATER DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOR APPROVAL, AND THEN THEY WILL RELEASE THE FUNDS TO US FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE STREETS THAT ARE AFFECTED BY THIS PROJECT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR IMPROVEMENTS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE UTILITY CONSTRUCTION UTILIZING 4B FUNDS.

OH, AND THE CONSTRUCTION TIME, I APOLOGIZE, CONSTRUCTION TIME IS 365 CALENDAR DAYS.

SO WE ANTICIPATE CONSTRUCTION TO START JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER ISH, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER TIMEFRAME PROBABLY, AND WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE FALL OF 24.

IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE AT GENERATIONS PARK RANCH FOR THE 4TH OF JULY, OUR SECOND EVENT SINCE THE ARTS FESTIVAL BASED ON I WAS THERE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.

I DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE STAGE FOR WE WERE LOOKING FOR, YOU KNOW, YOU DID NOT WAIT FOR ME, BUT I WAS THERE.

I DIDN'T SAY WE'RE ON A STRICT, STRICT SCHEDULE, BUT I DID WANT TO TAKE OUR OPPORTUNITY TO THANK ALL THE CITY STAFF THAT WERE INVOLVED IN HAVING AN EXCELLENT CELEBRATION FOR AMERICA'S BIRTHDAY.

AND MARK DID TAKE FEEDBACK, LOTS OF NOTES OF PREPARING FOR BEATS AND EATS FOR OUR NEXT BIG EVENT THERE.

THEY THEY USED EVERY PART OF THE PARK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BALL FIELDS THAT WERE SHUT DOWN.

BUT IT WAS IT WAS A REALLY GOOD TIME.

AND EVERYBODY HAD A IT WAS REALLY GOOD TO SEE EVERYBODY PLAYING IN THE PARK AND HAVING A GOOD TIME.

THE MUSIC WAS GREAT. SO KUDOS TO MARK AND HIS TEAM AND THE REST OF THE STAFF.

WE KNOW IT CAN'T HAPPEN WITHOUT EVERYBODY.
