AS YOU INDICATED, THIS IS AN SUP APPLICATION THAT WE RECEIVED FOR A PROPOSED EVENT FACILITY IN BANQUET HALL THAT IS LOCATED JUST WEST OF TENNIS DRIVE AND NORTH OF BEDFORD ROAD. THIS IS GOING TO BE LOCATED WITHIN A SHOPPING CENTER HERE, WHICH SOME OF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THIS.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS PROPERTY.

THIS PROPERTY WAS DEVELOPED IN 1984 WITH A 23,000 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL SHOPPING CENTER AND IS DIVIDED INTO VARIOUS SUITES.

SO IT DOES CONTAIN A VARIETY OF BUSINESSES, AND QUITE A FEW OF THEM ARE CURRENTLY VACANT AS WELL.

THIS SITE CURRENTLY HAS 123 PARKING SPACES THAT SERVE THE SHOPPING CENTER.

THE PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR SUP.

THE APPLICANTS PROPOSING TO UTILIZE ONE OF THESE SUITES, WHICH IS CONSIST OF 3262FT² TO USE FOR THE BANQUET AND MEETING FACILITY.

THEIR PROPOSED BUSINESS HOURS FOR THESE EVENTS WOULD RANGE FROM NINE FROM 9 A.M.

TO 11 P.M.

WITH ON SITE SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED.

IF THE NUMBER EXCEEDS 100 OR MORE GUESTS.

THERE WILL NOT BE ALCOHOL ON THE SITE UNLESS THE CUSTOMER OR THE TENANT PROVIDES IT TO THEIR GUESTS.

AND THE NOISE LEVELS WILL ALSO BE REDUCED TO UNDER 85DB AFTER 10 P.M.
