THIS IS ONE OF THOSE UNIQUE THINGS THAT YOU DON'T SEE VERY OFTEN.

AND ESSENTIALLY WHAT IT IS IS THE APPLICANT APPLIED FOR A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY APPLICATION.

AND ONE OF THE VERY FIRST STEPS IN THAT PROCESS IS THAT ZONING APPROVES IT TO MAKE SURE THE USE IS ALLOWED AT THE LOCATION IT'S GOING IN.

DEFINITIONS THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT A LITTLE BIT MORE BACKGROUND INFORMATION.

THE RETAIL USE THAT'S BEING PROVIDED OR BEING PROPOSED IS VARIOUS COWHIDE AND LEATHER PRODUCTS SUCH AS LUGGAGE, PURSES, TOOLS, LEATHER STRAP STRINGS, COASTERS, TABLE RUNNERS, HAUL RUNNERS, RUGS, THAT KIND OF THING.

SO THAT'S WHY WE WENT BACK AND THOUGHT AND AGAIN, OUR RECOMMENDATION IS THAT IT PROBABLY FALLS CLOSELY IN LINE WITH THE NOVELTY SIDE OF THAT DEFINITION IN THE IN THE BEGINNING. BUT.

THE CHURCH WILL MEET ABOUT ONCE OR TWICE PER MONTH ON SATURDAY EVENINGS OR SUNDAY MORNINGS, WITH AN AVERAGE OF 30 TO 45 ATTENDEES.

IT HAS VARIOUS BUSINESSES.

I BELIEVE IT HAS A CONSTRUCTION SERVICES BUSINESS AND ALSO AN ACCOUNTING SERVICES.

THE APPLICANT IS HERE AS WELL TO CLARIFY IF THERE'S ANY OTHER EXISTING BUSINESSES THERE AT THE SITE.

AS MOST OF YOU ALREADY KNOW, THE PURPOSE OF A SUP IS TO MAKE SURE THE USE IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE SURROUNDING USES.
