SO THROUGH ENGINEERING OF THIS PROJECT, WE HAVE GONE AND IMPROVED THE THE THE PEAK WATER FLOW BY 25% THROUGH IMPROVED ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS.

SO BY LAW, MOST CITIES IN MOST STATES ARE REQUIRED TO ONLY GO UP TO THAT PEAK WATER FLOW.

WE'VE REDUCED THAT PEAK WATER FLOW BY 25% THROUGH OUR ENGINEERING.

SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, YES, THERE WILL BE WATER THAT GOES THROUGH THERE, BUT WE'RE REDUCING THAT PEAK WATER FLOW BY 25%.

SO WHEN THAT FLOWS OUT, I'M ASSUMING IT WILL FLOW ON TO ST MICHAEL'S PROPERTY.

SO IF YOU'VE BEEN IN ST MICHAEL'S PARKING LOT, THERE'S A REAL LOW LYING AREA OVER THERE WITH TWO STORM DRAIN AREAS AND A LOT OF WATER COMES ACROSS THERE RIGHT NOW, WHICH IF I WAS A CHILD, IT WOULD NOT STAND IN FRONT OF THAT BECAUSE A CHILD COULD BE CERTAINLY SWEPT AWAY.
