CONSTRUCTION PLATS HAVE BEEN APPROVED AND EVERYTHING MEETS IN CONFORMS WITH THE ZONING AND THE PRELIMINARY PLAT THAT WAS APPROVED.

AS STATED, IT WAS ORIGINALLY TWO LOTS SUBDIVIDED INTO NINE NOW.

THE ACCESS WATER, SEWER ARE ALL PROVIDED FROM WOODSON DRIVE, AND PLAT DOES MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE.

WE DID DO A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS.

WE NOTIFIED EVERYONE WITHIN THE ORIGINAL SUBDIVISION WITHIN 200 FEET, AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW, AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSES BACK OR IN FAVOR OR AGAINST THE REQUEST AT THIS POINT IN TIME.

ACCESS WATER AND SEWER IS ALL OFF ON MURPHY DRIVE.

THAT'S AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO MAKE BECAUSE THAT WAS CONCERNED BOTH THAT P&Z AND CITY COUNCIL ABOUT WHERE ACCESS WOULD BE FROM THESE LOTS.

SUBDIVISION DOES REQUIRE THAT THEY COME OFF OF MURPHY DRIVE.

PLAT MEETS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, AND STAFF CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE.

COUPLE OF POINTS ABOUT THE SITE JUST FROM AN ACCESS STANDPOINT.

CURRENTLY, THEY HAVE TWO ACCESS POINTS OFF OF HARWOOD ROAD.

THEY'RE CONVINCING THAT DOWN TO ONE AND THEN ACCESS ON SAY HARWOOD121 IS REMAINING THE SAME.

THE OVERALL BUILDING IS GOING TO BE BACK TOWARD THE EAST, WHICH IS ENCOMPASSING THAT 20-FOOT SETBACK THAT YOU JUST REMOVED FROM THE PLOT.

THEN THE PUMPS ARE BEING LOCATED THERE IN THE CENTER OF THE PROPERTY.

JUST GIVE YOU AN IDEA, THIS IS AGAIN, JUST SURROUNDING PROPERTY IN THE SITE.

YOU CAN SEE THE MAJORITY OF IT IS CLEARED CURRENTLY.
