OUR SALES TAX THAT WE'VE COLLECTED AS OF DECEMBER 2021 ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING ABOUT 18.2 PERCENT HIGHER THAN SALES TAX COLLECTIONS FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
THAT EQUATES TO ABOUT ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS HIGHER THAN THE SAME TIME LAST YEAR.
TO DATE OR I SHOULD SAY, AS OF DECEMBER 31ST, 2021, WE'D ACTUALLY COLLECTED NINE HUNDRED AND NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY NINE DOLLARS IN SALES TAX REVENUE COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR, WHERE WE COLLECTED SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIVE DOLLARS IN SALES TAX REVENUE.
AS FOR TOLL REVENUES, WE'VE ACTUALLY COLLECTED NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS IN TOTAL REVENUES.
THAT'S ABOUT 27.8 PERCENT OF OUR $3.3 MILLION BUDGET.
NORMALLY FOR THAT FIRST QUARTER, WE WOULD ANTICIPATE BEING AT ABOUT TWENTY FIVE PERCENT OF BUDGET. SO THE FACT THAT WE'RE AT TWENTY SEVEN PERCENT, WE'RE A LITTLE BIT HIGHER THAN BUDGETED, AND THAT'S A REALLY GOOD THING.
YOU CAN SEE IN THAT REPORT THAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT THAT OUR INTEREST EARNINGS ARE DOWN ABOUT 15 PERCENT.
DURING THE FIRST COUNCIL MEETING IN JANUARY, THERE WAS AN INVESTMENT REPORT PRESENTED TO YOU, AND IN THAT REPORT YOU CAN SEE THE TOTAL PORTFOLIO YIELD FOR THE CITY.
WE'RE YIELDING ABOUT THIRTY SIX BASIS POINTS OVERALL, AND THAT'S REALLY THAT'S UNFORTUNATE AND REALLY LOW.
AND JUST TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT THAT MEANS, WE HAVE A PORTFOLIO OF ABOUT $10 MILLION. WE'VE GOT $6 MILLION IN BOND MONEY THAT WE ISSUED IN 2021 FOR THE NEW STREETS AND THOROUGHFARES THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE WORKING ON FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS.
WE ALSO HAVE ABOUT 3.5 MILLION IN OPERATION BONDS, SO THAT'S ABOUT 10 MILLION DOLLARS IN THE 4B PORTFOLIO.
CURRENTLY, THAT PORTFOLIO BASED ON THAT THIRTY SIX BASIS POINTS I JUST REFERRED TO, IT'S EARNING ABOUT THIRTY SIX THOUSAND PER YEAR ON TEN MILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR, THIS TIME BASED ON THE YIELD OF 1.07 PERCENT.
THAT SAME PORTFOLIO WOULD HAVE BEEN EARNING ONE HUNDRED AND SEVEN THOUSAND.
SO THAT KIND OF GIVES YOU AN IDEA OF HOW HOW LOW OUR YIELDS ARE RIGHT NOW.
AND THAT AGAIN, BASED ON PUBLIC FINANCE INVESTMENT ACT AND HOW WE CAN INVEST THOSE FUNDS, WE REALLY HAVE VERY LIMITED, INVESTMENTS THAT WE CAN DO WITH THOSE FUNDS.
MOVING ON TO OUR EXPENDITURES AS OF DECEMBER 31ST, WE'VE ACTUALLY SPENT ABOUT TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE DOLLARS.
THIS REFLECTS 7.3 PERCENT OF OUR 2.9 MILLION DOLLARS BUDGET.
SO OUR EXPENDITURES ARE WAY OR THAT SOUNDS REALLY LOW.
HOWEVER, WE'RE ACTUALLY UP FORTY EIGHT PERCENT FROM WHERE WE WERE LAST YEAR.
WE'RE UP ABOUT SIXTY NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS AS FOR EXPENDITURES.
WE ACTUALLY BOUGHT SOME CONTRACTS TO YOU ALL EARLIER THIS YEAR, THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT GOT STARTED ON THEIR CONCRETE CONTRACT AND THEIR PAYMENT CONTRACT, SO SOME OF THOSE EXPENDITURES ARE OFF TO AN EARLIER START THAN WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN IN THAT FIRST QUARTER. SO THAT'S WHAT'S DRIVING THAT INCREASE IN EXPENDITURES FOR THE FIRST QUARTER.
THE SECOND QUARTER, YOU'LL SEE A PICKUP OF EXPENDITURES, BUT NORMALLY THE FIRST QUARTER IS PRETTY LOW. THAT'S JUST A NORMAL TREND FOR THAT QUARTER OVERALL AS OF THE END OF THE QUARTER. OUR REVENUES ARE EXCEEDING EXPENDITURES BY APPROXIMATELY SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHT THOUSAND. WE ACTUALLY BUDGETED A FUND BALANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 3.9 MILLION.
OUR PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR IS ABOUT TO BRING TO YOU A BUDGET AMENDMENT SHORTLY ON THE NEXT COUPLE OF AGENDA ITEMS THAT THAT AMENDMENT, IF IT'S APPROVED, WILL ALLOW US TO IMPLEMENT

SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO OUR RESIDENTIAL STREETS FOR ABOUT 1.5 MILLION THAT WILL BASED ON THAT BUDGET AMENDMENT, THAT'LL TAKE OUR FUND BALANCE FOR THE YEAR DOWN TO ABOUT 2.4 MILLION, WHICH WILL STILL LEAVE US AT A 53 PERCENT FUND BALANCE, WHICH IS REALLY HEALTHY FOR THIS FUND. THAT PRETTY MUCH CONCLUDES OUR FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT.I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS FOR YOU AT THIS TIME.

YEAR ONE THOROUGHFARES INCLUDE FOREST RIDGE DRIVE FROM [INAUDIBLE] ROAD TO HARWOOD ROAD AND FROM BEDFORD ROAD TO STATE HIGHWAY 183.
THE SECTION FROM HARWOOD TO BEDFORD ROAD WAS INTENTIONALLY POSTPONED TO ALLOW FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE WATERLINE, WHICH IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION TODAY.
TARRANT COUNTY HAS GRACIOUSLY AGREED TO PAVE THAT REMAINDER OF FOREST RIDGE THIS FISCAL YEAR THE COMPLETION OF THE WATER LINE.
ELDON DODSON BETWEEN FOREST RIDGE AND CENTRAL DRIVE WAS ALSO COMPLETED WITH THE COUNTY IN YEAR ONE. OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH PRECINCT THREE PROVIDES A SAVINGS TO THE CITY COMPARED WITH CONTRACTOR PRICING.
TARRANT COUNTY PAVED APPROXIMATELY 10000 LINEAR FOOT LINEAR FEET OF THOROUGHFARES FOR THE CITY OF BEDFORD LAST YEAR.
PHOTOS ON THE LEFT ARE A FOREST RIDGE DRIVE AND THE PHOTOS ON THE RIGHT ARE OF ELDON DODSON. YEAR ONE RESIDENTIAL STREETS, PLUS THE CARRYOVER STREETS THAT WERE NOT COMPLETED PREVIOUSLY, TOTAL 13000 LINEAR FEET THAT RECEIVED EITHER A MILL IN OVERLAY OR FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION LAST YEAR.
IF YOU'LL RECALL, THE BOARD AND THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FIVE YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN IN JUNE AND THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30TH.
SO YEAR ONE FIVE YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN WAS TRULY AGGRESSIVE IN NEARLY ALL OF THE IDENTIFIED STREETS WERE COMPLETED WITHIN ABOUT TWO TO THREE MONTHS.
WE'RE PRETTY PLEASED WITH THE NUMBER OF STREETS THAT WERE COMPLETED, AS WELL AS THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, AND HERE ARE SOME PHOTOGRAPHS OF THOSE GOOD LOOKING STREETS.

EXCUSE ME, ON JUNE 15TH, THE COUNCIL APPROVED IT JUNE 22ND AND THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR WITH SEPTEMBER 30TH, SO THESE STREETS WERE COMPLETED IN TWO TO THREE MONTHS AND THIS IS HOW WE ENDED FISCAL YEAR '21 '22.
WE BLOW IT UP A LITTLE. YOU'LL NOTICE ON THE ON THE LIST THERE THAT WOODVILLE AND LEE WERE BOTH. NEITHER OF THOSE WERE COMPLETE WERE ABLE TO BE COMPLETED LAST YEAR.
WE JUST RAN OUT OF FISCAL YEAR BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS APPROVED SO LATE IN THE FISCAL YEAR, SO WE'LL MOVE THOSE OVER TO THIS FISCAL YEAR TO GET DONE.
SO, IN ADDITION TO STREETS PUBLIC WORKS AS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS THROUGHOUT THE CITY SIDEWALK PROGRAM AND BEDFORD'S EXTENSIVE BUT THE CONCRETE BUDGET OF FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND LAST FISCAL YEAR, SOME OF LAST YEAR'S SIDEWALK REPAIR REQUESTS DATED BACK TO 2013.
ADDITIONALLY, COMMUNICATIONS STAFF PROMOTED THE PROGRAM TO THE PUBLIC LAST YEAR WITH A LINK ON THE WEBSITE TO ALLOW PROPERTY OWNERS TO SUBMIT REQUESTS ONLINE SO THAT LIST CONTINUES TO GROW.
OOPS! IN ADDITION TO REPAIRS, AN AMENDMENT WAS APPROVED TO INSTALL 1900 LINEAR FEET OF NEW SIDEWALKS ALONG SHADY BROOK DRIVE.
THESE SIDEWALKS WERE REQUESTED AND A PETITION WAS SIGNED BY 100 PERCENT OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS ALONG THE ROUTE.
THE EFFORT INVOLVED WORKING CLOSELY WITH PROPERTY OWNERS THAT WEREN'T REAL CLEAR ON THE IMPACTS OF THE TO THEIR PROPERTY, INCLUDING MAJOR RELOCATIONS, RETAINING WALLS ALONG THE FRONT OF THE YARDS AND POTENTIAL MODIFICATIONS TO THE DRIVEWAYS.
THE SHADY BROOK DRIVE SIDEWALK WAS COMPLETED IN APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH, INCLUDING YARD RESTORATION PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.
ANOTHER MOBILITY IMPROVEMENT IS A STRETCH OF NEW SIDEWALKS ADDED TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF BEDFORD ROAD, EAST OF STATE HIGHWAY 121.
THESE SIDEWALKS LINK THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS TO TRINITY HIGH SCHOOL TO ALLOW FOR SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL.
CITIES CRACK SEAL, EXCUSE ME, THE CITY'S STREET PROGRAM INCLUDES PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, WHICH IS CURRENTLY ONLY CRACK SEAL AT THIS TIME, A TOTAL OF NEARLY 47000 CENTERLINE FEET OF STREETS RECEIVED CRACK SEAL LAST YEAR.
AGAIN, THIS IS THAT MAP SHOWING THOSE YEAR ONE PROJECTS.
THE NEXT ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS A STATUS UPDATE ON THE YEAR TWO PROJECTS, WHICH INCLUDES THOROUGHFARES, RESIDENTIAL STREETS, AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.
HERE'S A MAP SHOWING AT THE OVERALL YEAR, TWO PROJECTS FOR THIS FISCAL YEAR.
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH TARRANT COUNTY PRECINCT THREE, FOREST RIDGE DRIVE WILL RECEIVE A MILL IN OVERLAY BETWEEN HARWOOD AND BRETT IN BEDFORD ROAD.
THE WATER LINE PROJECT ON FORREST RIDGE IS ANTICIPATED TO BE COMPLETE IN COMING MONTHS.
AND IF YOU RECALL, TARRANT COUNTY PAVED FOREST RIDGE FROM [INAUDIBLE] TO STATE HIGHWAY 183 IN YEAR ONE.
SO THIS SECTION WAS LEFT OUT AND DUE TO THE IMPENDING WATER LINE CONSTRUCTION AND BY THIS BY THIS SUMMER, ALL OF FOREST RIDGE DRIVE WILL HAVE RECEIVED NEW PAVING WITHIN THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS. ALL THE WAY FROM CHEEKS PARKER DOWN TO PIPELINE ROAD.
STAFF IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT TARRANT COUNTY HAS ALSO AGREED TO MILL AN OVERLAY HARWOOD ROAD THIS FISCAL YEAR FROM THE WEST CITY LIMITS TO OAK VALLEY DRIVE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WATER LINE PROJECT.
THE PARTNERSHIP WITH TARRANT COUNTY IS EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL TO THE CITY AND THAT THEY PROVIDE THE LABOR AND THE CITY PROVIDES THE TRAFFIC CONTROL AND MATERIALS WHICH RESULTS IN A SAVINGS TO THE CITY VERSUS AS IF WE HAD TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR DUE TO THE WORK, CONTRACTOR TO DO THAT WORK.
AS A SIDE NOTE, BOTH MAJOR THOROUGHFARES ARE PLANNED TO BE REHABILITATED IN TIME FOR THE OPENING OF GENERATIONS PARK, WHICH IS SET FOR LATER ON THIS YEAR.
THIS TABLE SHOWS THE FIVE YEAR PLAN FOR THOROUGHFARES THAT WAS APPROVED LAST YEAR, AND WE'RE EXCITED TO SAY THAT WE'RE ABLE TO MOVE HARWOOD ROAD UP ONE FISCAL YEAR.
HERE WE HAVE THE RESIDENTIAL STREETS PLAN FOR YEAR TWO.
LEE STREET WAS ON LAST YEAR'S LIST, BUT DUE TO UTILITY ISSUES, IT HAD TO BE POSTPONED UNTIL THIS YEAR. ALSO INCLUDED WAS WOODVILLE.
UNFORTUNATELY, TIMING IN THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR PREVENTED COMPLETION OF THOSE STREETS. WOODVILLE WILL RECEIVE A FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION ON THE FAR WEST SEGMENT AND THE REMAINDER OF WOODVILLE IS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR A STREET THAT COULD BENEFIT FROM A PAVEMENT PRESERVATION APPLICATION TO PROLONG ITS USEFUL LIFE.

THE BOARD'S OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR DID NOT INCLUDE A LINE ITEM FOR ANY ASPHALT. AS SUCH, THE BUDGET AMENDMENT BEFORE YOU THIS EVENING INCLUDES SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE ASPHALT CONTRACT REQUIRED TO PAVE THESE RESIDENTIAL STREETS, AS WE DID IN YEAR ONE AN INNER LOCAL AGREEMENT WITH REYNOLDS ASPHALT WILL BE PLACED ON A COUNCIL AGENDA CONTINGENT UPON APPROVAL OF THE BUDGET AMENDMENT.WALTER STREET IS ALSO SHOWN ON THE RIGHT TOP RIGHT.
IT'S PARTIALLY FUNDED THROUGH THE TARRANT COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM. THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION IS ALSO INCLUDED IN THAT BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR WALTER STREET. THE PROJECT IS CURRENTLY UNDER DESIGN AND IS ANTICIPATED TO GO TO CONSTRUCTION THIS SPRING. AS PART OF THE CITY'S EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN GOOD PAVEMENT IN GOOD CONDITION AND TO EXTEND THE TAX DOLLAR INVESTMENT STREETS AND THOROUGHFARES THAT HAVE BEEN MILL AND OVERLAID PREVIOUSLY WERE FIELD INSPECTED TO IDENTIFIED AREAS WHERE SURFACE CRACKS MAY HAVE FORMED. SEALING OF THE CRACKS PREVENTS WATER INTRUSION THAT WILL REDUCE USEFUL LIFE TO THE PAVEMENT. AND THESE ARE THE STREETS THAT ARE PLANNED FOR CRACK SEALING THIS YEAR.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MOVE THAT UP TO THIS FISCAL YEAR TO GIVE US FRESH DATA TO PLAN FOR FUTURE YEARS.
NUMEROUS STREETS WERE COMPLETED LAST YEAR AND WERE ACCOMPLISHED WITHIN THE TWO TO THREE MONTHS OF THE FISCAL YEAR THAT REMAINED AFTER COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE PLAN.
WE'D LIKE TO CONTINUE WITH THAT PROGRESS AND WE NEED THE DATA TO DO SO.
THOSE STAFF INCLUDED ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS IN THE BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR A NEW STREET ASSESSMENT FOR THE BOARD'S CONSIDERATION.

SO BASICS OF ASPHALT PRESERVATION, ASPHALT PAVEMENT IS MADE OF TWO COMPONENTS AGGREGATE, WHICH IS ROCK AND ASPHALT BINDER, WHICH IS THE GLUE THAT HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER.

SO THE PRIMARY CAUSES OF OXIDATION ARE UV RAYS WHICH IS SUNLIGHT MOISTURE, WHICH IS RAIN AND THEN THE OXYGEN THAT'S IN THE AIR.
SO WHEN WITH RESIDENTIAL STREETS, THESE ARE THE PRIMARY FACTORS THAT WERE BATTLING IN PAVEMENT PRESERVATION.
SO AS WE MANAGE PAVEMENTS, THE GOAL IS TO DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MITIGATE THESE FACTORS AND KEEP THOSE VITAL OILS FROM ESCAPING THE ASPHALT PAVEMENT THAT'S LEFT UNTREATED ALLOWS THE VITAL OILS TO ESCAPE, WHICH HARDENS THE ASPHALT BINDER PREMATURELY.
OTHER CONVENTIONAL SEALERS STILL ALLOW SOME UV LIGHT AND MOISTURE TO PENETRATE THE PAVEMENT, WHICH ACCELERATES DISTRESS AND LEADS TO ALLIGATOR CRACKING.
THERE IS A PRODUCT THE STAFF WOULD LIKE THE BOARD TO CONSIDER THE HA5 HIGH DENSITY MINERAL BOND IS MORE DURABLE AND PERFORMS LONGER THAN OTHER CONVENTIONAL TREATMENTS IF PLACED ON THE RIGHT STREETS, AND IT WILL EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE STREAM.

THOSE IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE WIDENING OF THE ROADWAY FROM TWO LANES TO THREE DRAINAGE AND WALKING TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS.

NO THE BOTTOM PHOTO ON THE RIGHT SHOWS A RETAINING WALL THAT WAS INSTALLED IN ORDER TO MEET MINIMUM SIDEWALK GRADES.
IT WAS A DRASTIC CHANGE TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS FRONT YARD AND WASN'T EXPECTED WHEN THEY SIGNED THE PETITION FOR THE SIDEWALK.
THESE NEXT ITEMS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN CONSTRUCTION OF THE SIDEWALK, REPLACEMENT OF ANY EXISTING TREES, PLANTER BOXES OR OTHER LANDSCAPING THAT ARE WITHIN THE PROPOSED PATH THAT IS REMOVED FOR THE SIDEWALK INSTALLATION, DECORATIVE DRIVEWAYS WILL BE REPLACED WITH STANDARD CONCRETE, AND NO ADDITIONAL IRRIGATION WILL BE INSTALLED.
THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTORATION OF THE IRRIGATION THAT IS REMOVED FOR THE SIDEWALK INSTALLATION, BUT THEY WILL NOT RECONFIGURE ZONES OR ADD ANY ADDITIONAL IRRIGATION, AND NO REIMBURSEMENT IS GOING TO BE PROVIDED TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS BY THE CITY FOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY OF THESE IMPROVEMENTS.
WITH EACH REQUEST, STAFF WILL EVALUATE THE NEED FOR ENGINEERED PLANS, WHICH WILL DEPEND ON THE LENGTH OF THE SIDEWALK AND EXISTING TOPOGRAPHY.
STAFF WILL PROVIDE THIS BOARD WITH A PRELIMINARY COST OF THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FOR CONSIDERATION IN THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR'S BUDGET AND AFTER APPROVAL BY THE BOARD.
AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT FOLLOWED BY A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WILL MOVE FORWARD FOR CITY COUNCIL. APPROVAL IS NEEDED.

RECEIVE ONE ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF [INAUDIBLE] AVENUE, FROM THE HURST CITY LIMITS TO BROWN TRAIL. THE PHOTOS ABOVE SHOW THE AREA OF THE REQUEST.THE DRIVEWAYS WILL LIKELY HAVE TO BE RECONSTRUCTED ALL THE WAY UP TO THE HOUSES.
STAFF WILL ENGAGE AN ENGINEERING CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE A PROPOSAL FOR THE DESIGN AND A PRELIMINARY COST ESTIMATE THAT WE WILL BRING FORWARD TO THE BOARD IN JULY FOR CONSIDERATION IN THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR.
IN DEVELOPED NEIGHBORHOODS, FRONT YARDS, DRIVEWAYS, MAILBOXES, METER BOXES, PLANTER BOXES AND TREES MAY BE IMPACTED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS.
THE COST OF SIDE OF THIS SIDEWALK SEGMENT COULD BE UPWARDS OF TWO TO THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND, WITH ALL OF THE DRIVEWAYS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THE RETAINING WALLS ALONG THE FRONT OF EACH OF THESE YARDS.
STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT SIDEWALK PROJECTS IN EXCESS OF $50000 SHALL BE SENT TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION FOR A REVIEW OF THE PLANS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT, ADA REGULATIONS AND THEN FOR INSPECTION BY THE [INAUDIBLE] AT THE COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION.
STAFF WILL DETERMINE IF ENGINEERING MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A NEW SIDEWALK REQUEST, DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE. SO THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE FOR THE POLICY AND THE PROCESS THAT WE'VE OUTLINED THIS EVENING.

SO WHEN WE MEET IN JULY, STAFF WILL BRING THE COST FOR THAT ENGINEERING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION TO THE BOARD FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE [INAUDIBLE] AVENUE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

IT'S A CODE ISSUE AND YOU KNOW, CITIES WILL HAVE FUNDS SET ASIDE IF PEOPLE WANT TO, YOU KNOW, HAVE THE THE COST ADDED TO THEIR WATER BILL, LIKE OVER 12 MONTHS INTEREST FREE.
BUT IN BEDFORD, IT'S ALL ON US.
