APPROVAL OF MINUTES Consider approval of the following Planning and Zoning Commission minutes: a) March 22, 2018 regular meeting.
PUBLIC HEARINGS Zoning Case PZ-ZC-2018-50046, public hearing to consider a request to rezone Lots 3 & 5, Block 2, Bedford Lakes Addition, located at 1304 and 1312 Harwood Road, from Light Commercial (L) to Residential-15,000 SF Detached (R15); Lot 1, Block 2, Bedford Lakes Addition, located at 1301 David Drive, from Heavy Commercial (H) to Residential-15,000 SF Detached (R15); and Block 1, Bedford Lakes Addition, from Service Commercial (S) to Residential 15,000 SF Detached (R15), located at 2601 Lakeview Drive. This is a City-initiated zoning change request allowing for the future development of the Bedford Boys Ranch Park to be all under the same zoning classification.
