Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with A & M Construction and Utilities, Inc., in the amount of $1,087,553.42, for the Water and Sewer Rehabilitation for Brown Trail Project, SWIFT 17-07.
Discussion regarding the design of an Arts & Entertainment facility located at Old Bedford School in coordination with the Phase Next project. **This item requested by Councilmembers Boyter and Sabol.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Sawyers Construction, Inc. in the amount of $857,900 for the replacement of the roof and truss system at the Old Bedford School.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract amendment with Freese and Nichols, Inc. in the amount of $48,300 for the Construction Administration Services and Construction Phase General Representation for the Old Bedford School roof and truss system replacement.
