Consider approval of the following City Council minutes: a) September 27, 2016 regular meeting NEW BUSINESS 5. Consider an ordinance amending the City of Bedford Code of Ordinances Appendix A – Schedule of Fees, by updating fees imposed by the City; containing a savings clause; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; and providing for an effective date. 6. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 114 “Traffic and Vehicles,” Article IX. “Abandoned and Junked Motor Vehicles,” Section 114-324. “Procedures for abating nuisance;” providing for a penalty clause; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a severability clause; providing for a penalty clause; and declaring an effective date. 7. Consider a resolution authorizing the City of Bedford to enter into a contractual agreement with Strategic Government Resources (SGR) to conduct an executive search for a City Manager, in an amount not to exceed $23,500. 8.
