Speakers will be called upon in the order in which they sign in. Any person not signing in prior to the commencement of the Regular Session shall not be allowed to speak under Open Forum. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF ITEMS BY CONSENT APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1. Consider approval of the following City Council minutes: a) June 28, 2016 regular session 7. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contractual agreement with VSP to provide supplemental vision insurance to employees as a voluntary benefit option. 8. Consider a resolution approving the City of Bedford’s Section 125 Plan that allows employees to make contributions for insurance premiums and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) on a pretax basis as allowable under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Section 125. 9. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an addendum to the current ambulance billing agreement with Intermedix allowing the city to participant in the Ambulance Supplemental Payment Program.
