Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with R & D Burns Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $1,140,065 for the Brown Trail/Eagle Drive/Warbler Drive/Wren Court/Blue Jay Court Water System Improvement Project. 6. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with MACVAL Associates, LLC, in the amount of $1,176,060 for the Commerce Place/Tibbets Drive/Scenic Hills Drive/Red Oak Lane Water System Improvements Project. 7. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, in the amount of $90,456, for operation of the Trinity Railway Express commuter rail service. 8. Consider a resolution removing an inactive member from the Parks and Recreation Board.

Texas Government Code, to discuss the following: a) Pursuant to Section 551.071(2), consultation with the City Attorney on matters in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code – Sign Ordinance. 12. Take any action necessary as a result of the Executive Session.
