Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement with Planet Kidz, Inc. for the purpose of holding the Fun Time Live Program at the Boys Ranch Activity Center. 12. Consider a resolution authorizing funding, ratifying the expenditure and authorizing the City Manager to contract with Reynolds Asphalt, TexOp Construction, L.P., Earth Haulers, Inc., RDO Rents, APAC Texas Inc., Gra-Tex Utilities, Inc., Atlas Utility Supply Company, the City of Arlington and Tarrant County Precinct 3 in the amount of $80,126.85 for emergency water line and street repairs on Bedford Road due to a major water main break on June 26, 2015. 13.
