APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 4. Consider approval of the following City Council minutes: a) April 27, 2010 regular meeting NEW BUSINESS 5. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an amended contract with Harrison, Walker and Harper for the construction of a 250 kw photovoltaic solar array system for the new Bedford Public Library in the amount of $1,953,800 for a total contract amount of $7,723,906. 6. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an amended contract with Harrison, Walker and Harper for the data and voice cabling of the new Bedford Public Library in the amount of $80,794. 7. Consider a resolution to accept bids and authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with McClendon Construction Company, Inc. for the Patti Drive Paving Improvements in the amount of $377,838. 8. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Betsy Price, Tarrant County Tax Assessor-Collector, and Tarrant County for assessment and collection services of ad valorem taxes levied by the City of Bedford. 9. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to renew a two-year agreement with Valley View Consulting, L.L.C., to provide Investment Advisory Services.
