To convene before the Regular Session, if time permits, in the conference room in compliance with Section 551.001 et. Seq. Texas Government Code, to discuss the following: a) Pursuant to Section 551.071(2), consultation with the City Attorney on matters in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code – Variance of distance regulations pursuant to Chapter 10, Alcoholic Beverage, Section 10-3 of the City of Bedford Code of Ordinances regarding Block 1, Lot 1Rb, Bedford Meadows Shopping Center Addition.

Citizens desiring to speak on Public Hearing(s) must do so at the time the Public Hearing(s) are opened. In order to speak during Open Forum a person must first sign in with the City Secretary prior to the Regular Session being called to order. Speakers will be called upon in the order in which they sign in. Any person not signing in prior to the commencement of the Regular Session shall not be allowed to speak under Open Forum. Further, Open Forum is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. Should speakers not use the entire 30 minutes Council will proceed with the agenda.
