CALL TO ORDER/GENERAL COMMENTS INVOCATION (Pastor Kevin Smith, Faith Christian Fellowship Church) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE OPEN FORUM (The public is invited to address the Council on any topic that is posted on this agenda. Citizens desiring to speak on Public Hearing(s) must do so at the time the Public Hearing(s) are opened. In order to speak during Open Forum a person must first sign in with the City Secretary prior to the Regular Session being called to order.
